The Turma Nacional de Uniformização is the highest organ of the Special Courts by Federal High where thousands of processes involving billions of Reais, but that, interestingly, passes off the doctrine completely indifferent to his greatness theory and practice. The study demonstrates the existence of a Federal Court Jurisdiction created by Federal law initiative of the Superior Court of Justice whose allocation and regulation are being formed by legal practices in Brazilian law completely innovative. This work seeks to answer questions as to the legal nature of
the organ, its constitutional ballast and recursais institutes created, seeking to establish the theoretical from what actually is occurring in the practical world. The text is divided into three chapters dealing with the legal nature, regiments and incidents in kind. The centerpiece of the dissertation is to identify the the class both Turma Nacional de Uniformização as the application of Standardization to the Superior Court of justice. The doctrinal aridity makes this work an important step to study the structure of the Turma Nacional de Uniformização with ultimate goal of placing the reader inside the
