In its educational model, ITESO, the Jesuit University of Guadalajara, has established certain competencies that all of its undergraduate students are expected to develop, and one of them is Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In order to enhance this competency, students collaborate within an internal ecosystem designed to provide an immersive experience in a sustainability-oriented innovation system. This ecosystem includes the participation of off-campus organizations, which propose social and/or business innovation challenges for which no specific solution has yet been devised. One of the areas of opportunity is impact measurement related to the evolution of students’ sustainable entrepreneurship intentions.
