According to recent research, the high number of livestock related businesses in Brazilian agribusiness raises and justifies concerns about economic risks because businesses start and end without the feasibility expected by the contracting parties, which negatively impacts contractual incentives. The concern is high in face of a global chain of requirements, with elaboration processes that are increasingly sophisticated and sustainable. Thus, contract law exerts relevance in the coordination of agro-industrial systems, developing, through them, the economic and operational interactions and the stabilization mechanisms allied to technological development and innovation. In this scenario, the research has as object the rural integration contract of Law 13.288/2016. As a problem, the economic insecurity inherent in the chain of obligation and enforceability of these legal relations. As a general objective, to present an adequate legal response to the problem of liquidity of this contract from the understanding, application and use of Smart Contract and Blockchain as a guarantee of the contractual operation, from the grazing of the animal, until the delivery to its final recipient. As specific objectives, a) understand the phenomenon of legal relations of the rural integration contract, its context and modifications caused by the 2016 legislation; b) map the problem of economic insecurity from the collection and analysis of data by the methodology of Jurimetrics; c) demonstrate the structure and operation of the contractual legal system in the environment of the network of Smart Contract and Blockchain to, in the end, d) systematize this information in a flowchart that can be appropriate by anyone interested in optimizing the economic security of these contracts in network. The methodology used in the research had a systemic approach; as a method, the induction and as a theoretical framework, the Economic Analysis of Law; for this it used as research techniques, the bibliographic review, national and foreign, and the Jurimetrics. In the end, it was confirmed the initial hypothesis that the technology applied in the rural integration contract in network can contribute to the economic security in face of the efficiency of the system operation and the feasibility, control, transparency and confidence that there is when the contract is being fulfilled through the Smart Contract and Blockchain.en
