Compras públicas compartilhadas: uma análise sobre os principais antecedentes ao processo de formação de redes de compras entre hospitais públicos
Description
The objective of this work is to analyze the effect of the main factors antecedent to the process of formation of networks of purchases between public hospitals in the intention to carry out shared purchases. To test the proposed model and achieve the research objectives, a cross-sectional quantitative-descriptive study was carried out, through the application of a survey research, with a sample of 122 respondents, carrying out a survey, with data collection through a structured questionnaire to describe the characteristics, opinions and profile of purchasing managers from national public health organizations. The hypotheses predicted the direct and positive effect of trust, knowledge exchange and commitment on the intention to make shared purchases in public hospitals. The results confirmed the direct and positive relationships of knowledge exchange and commitment between the analyzed constructs, however, the direct and positive effects of trust were not confirmed. The results indicate the need for further analysis of the effects of trust on the shared purchasing process, as well as the expansion of studies involving the investigation of other factors that can affect the process of formation of purchasing networks, seeking a greater depth in the analysis of the factors that motivate the formation of these purchasing groups in the public sector.Nenhuma
