dc.description.abstract | Populations continue to grow in urban areas and the effects of this growth can be felt in many ways by the inhabitants of these regions themselves. Urban mobility is one of the elements affected by this growth that has the most impact on the lives of citizens, because it is through it that any and all displacements are made within and between cities. Whether for work, study or leisure, urban mobility directly affects the whole city, negatively or positively. Therefore, it is necessary that there is a plan, incorporated into the Director Plan, that enables the sustainable displacement of the inhabitants through the city. Non-motorized transports are the most sustainable, as well as the healthiest. In this sense, this work proposes to look for alternatives of displacement using alternatives of transportation using bicycles. Noting that the city of Novo Hamburgo does not yet have an urban mobility plan, this work aims to find strategies for the tracing of cycle paths. It was searched through the analysis of the mobility plans already elaborated by other Brazilian municipalities, according to Law no. 12.587 / 2012, alternatives that best apply to the city of Novo Hamburgo and that may be part of an adequate urban mobility plan in the future. | en |
