| dc.description.abstract | The Federal Constitution ensures full protection for children and adolescents and prioritizes the right to family coexistence. Taking into account the extreme importance that affectionate relationships currently receive in the area of family law, they have been gaining space and becoming equivalent to the inbreending bond. Over time, the adoption institute was granted ample use, bearing in mind that having children is a real dream for many people. Faced with the long wait to realize this pretension, social behaviors have been molded according to the needs, among them the so-called "Brazilian adoption".
