To promote access to information about management projects for the employees, it was necessary to be developed a way of internal communication to provide this information. This research produced an internal communication plan in order to guide the development. Therefore, the current model of communication was analyzed, the existing medias and its types were researched and a proposition of a plan to create/develop an internal communication was elaborated upon it. The typology of this study is characterized as a case study with qualitative approach and quantitative contribution, using interviews and a questionnaire as methods to collect data. Based on the authors cited in this work, as well as analyzing the company's needs, it was possible to propose a model of communication for the subject project. the model was developed from the need for a single location accessible to all employees to pass on information of projects. Thus, the proposal to develop a page on the company intranet was made, test it and finally collect employee satisfaction for the development of a development action plan.
