dc.description.abstract | This thesis research consists on a single integrated study case, with multiple empirical analyses, about the present interpenetrations between journalistic and legal fields, in view of the logics that envolve news production and the judicial process of corruption acts investigation, determined in Mar de Lama Operation. The Operation was carried out by Federal Police, Federal Public Ministry and Federal Comptroller General, and aimed to dismantle a criminal organization installed in Governador Valadares Municipal Public Administration and in Autonomous Water and Sewage Service (SAAE) of the same municipality. This research main objective was an analysis of the environment-circuit where they act as institutions and actors that seek logics for the social capital conquest. As for the theoretical interpositions, the research based its analysis on a triad, that is, the concepts of fields (Bourdieu), social systems (Luhmann) and semiotic logic (Peirce), without neglecting other reference Mediatization and Processes research line Social authors. In this process, semiosis emerges, triggered by interactions and resulting in interpenetrations between the fields involved. To this end, methodologically, remained of great importance the survey on journalistic publications from Jornal Diário do Rio Doce, Jornal Estado de Minas, Jornal Hoje em Dia, in addition to television broadcasts from the program "MG Inter TV" and the series "1 Ano - Operação Mar de Lama". In the legal field, the target was case No. 0209034-95.2016.8.13.0105, in progress at the 3rd Criminal Court of Governador Valadares District, that is, the criminal action filed by the State Public Prosecutor's Office against all those involved in the crimes committed against administration in general, having as victims Governador Valadares Municipality and the community. Such an attempt was necessary to map the signs of interpenetrations between the aforementioned fields and as changes in production and circulation of meanings semiotic logics. Among the conclusions presented in this study, we highlight journalistic-media field interpenetrations, changing legal field logic and its reciprocity, such as the repercussion caused in collectivity as a requirement to justify suspects preventive detention; news as documentary evidence; temporalities of circulations between fields divergence; authority discourse as a legitimacy and authenticity instrument for conveyed information. | en |
