This paper has as objective to develop a research model capable of identifying indicators of the employees Health, Safety and Wellness, inside and outside the corporations, and appliable in smalls and mediums sizes companies. This research will be an important management tool, focused in Quality in Work Life, and will have the purpose to supply informations to the managers and theirs teams, from the point of view of the employee, that will assist identifying variables that influence directly on the full conditions of human development on the work and then be capable of planning improvements actions and put them in practice priorizing the most important ones.
