Abstract

This monograph is a case study that analyzed a problematic situation that aimed a proposal to import department layout for the new Infraero cargo logistics terminal, operating in the air mode. The study was based on data obtained in the company studied, as in various bibliographic and reference sites for logistics and foreign trade, in order to identify the best practices in the market about the subject. Subsequently, was analyzed the company and the current warehouse cargo profiles, the problems in your layout and respective flows. The work concludes with the presentation of the proposal for a new import layout with the expectations of improvements in order to meet the needs of the market and its users.
