Description
This paper has as objective the elaboration of a project plan for the development of a software product that enables the management of chiropractic clinics, through the management of the agenda of chiropractors, the management of patients records and the financial management of the clinic. Chiropractic is a profession in healthcare that operates in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. This profession is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and established in more than 70 countries, trains professionals in Brazil since 2000 in two higher education institutions in the country, the university FEEVALE, located in Rio Grande do Sul, and Anhembi Morumbi University , located in Sao Paulo. In the project plan were developed plans for managing scope, time, cost, risk, resources, procurement, quality, communication and change, using the best practices of project management as defined by the PMI (Project Management Institute).
