Midiatização da campanha anticorrupção do Ministério Público Federal: estratégias, articulações e surpresas
Description
Processed in the interface space between law and communication, this research aims to observe and describe the legal system crossing by media logics, in the context of Anti-Corruption Campaign and from the issue of mediatization in process. The notions of interpenetration, couplings and related concepts are worked, with reference to Niklas Luhmann's theory of systems, which point, precisely, to the direction of crossings that are at this research’s core of the problem, which asks the way in which the tensions between media system and legal system occur, in aforementioned campaign tensional spaces. Bearing in mind that, in Luhmann, the legal system validity refers to its operative closure, guaranteed by the connection between binary code and that system’s function, we searched for interlaces between legal and communicational dynamics, concluding that despite of these interlaces (social networks management and technological devices, federal prosecutors actorization dynamics, characters mythification, reality fictionalization and campaign insertion in multiple circuits) and of the affectations promoted by Federal Public Ministry, as a result of a socio-mediatized context , systemic structure and legal system autonomy was kept uncorrupted in face of external interference, safeguarding its systemic elements, maintaining the correlation between its binary code and its function and, consequently, its operational closure.Nenhuma
