dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to present the project plan to the executive project elaboration related to the Implementation of the Emergency Department 24 hours type I (UPA type I) and a pharmacy in the basement, each floor with an area of approximately 800 m², totaling an area of 1,600 m², to be constructed in an X city in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The developed project is aligned according to the reference term established by the city hall. The project plan includes the following structure: management integration plan, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks and acquisitions, based on the best project management practices, following the practices addressed in the PMBOK Guide of the Project Management Institute (PMI).en
