This paper has as main goal to present an improvement plan for the Innovation Management of Unimed Vale dos Sinos. With the implementation of this project, the company will engage the contributors in the innovation improvement, looking for the development in its competitive differential and the constant seek for the continuous improvement in the processes. The plan of the project includes all areas of the projects management, according the practices approched in the guide PMBOK: integration, scope, time, costs, quality, resources, communications, risks and acquisitions.
