Metodologia de projeto para participação no prêmio qualidade RS: estudo de caso do Sindilojas Porto Alegre

Abstract

This course conclusion paper aims to apply the methodology of project management in the process of Sindicato dos Lojistas do Comércio de Porto Alegre – Sindilojas Porto Alegre participation in the RS Quality Awards. The final product is a project plan to able the entity to compete at the award and prepare the organization and this employees to receive the external examiners visit. The target audience of project are the employees and directors of the Entity, who, from the management report, come to know better the management practices. The methodology used on this project is based on the Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
