This project aims to develop and implement a risk assessment procedure, existing processes in the following sectors of DFC Engineering Company: Contracts Sector, Financial Sector, Commercial Sector, Sector of Human Resources and Development Sector. To develop this project, we need to assemble a team through a selective process to select a developer of each sector involved. The methodology adopted in the selection aims to include experts in the project team of each sector, employees who work daily with the current processes of the company and will contribute significantly to the project's success. This project was developed using the methodology of the PMBOK GUIDE (Project Management Body of Knowledge) which brings together the best project management practices. The project consists of a set of management plans that will guide the whole team and the sponsor during the project life cycle.
