dc.description.abstractIn Rio Grande do Sul, teachers from the state public teaching network have lived for years with a lack of resources for Public Education and communication struggles trying to solve these problems. It is a category exposed to high stress and frustration due to responsible administrations not making appropriate investments in Education. In order to acknowledge the task loading and understand the level of satisfaction with their own teaching career, the NASA-TLX method was applied to a group of 30 teachers from different schools. The results showed a high level of mental demand and frustration, possibly due to the scenario of financial difficulties.en
