dc.description.abstract | The great changes which occurred in the global market in the last century enhance the competitiveness, the search for sustainability of businesses in general, and the cooperation among organizations. The impacts of these changes mark the expansion of networking in small, medium and large companies and also in educational organizations. This work has the main aim to formulate strategies that contribute to the management process of Rede Sagrado and of Colégio Sagrado Coração de Jesus educational unit from Bento Gonçalves/RS, in order to promote the autonomy of the actors of the unit and the network, respecting and congregating identities. The theoretical framework addresses the strategic management, network management, features of educational organizations, educational management and the nature of the religious institutions. The adopted methodology was the case study, with the use of semi-structured interview and documentary analysis. From the analysis of the collected data, it became evident the need for improvement in the way to manage the processes in the Rede to guarantee a greater plasticity, which favors the horizontal dialogue, the autonomy and the participation of the actors. As the result of the research, it was elaborated a set of recommendations that aim to strengthen the identities of the educational unit and of the Rede, as the investment in leadership development, the attribution of greater autonomy and liability to school professionals, the consent to new pathways, the increase in listening and empathy, among others. We hope that this study can contribute to the improvement in discussions about the network management in educational institutions, especially in what it refers to interrelations among the central management and the schools that are part of Rede Sagrado, contributing to the excellence and sustainability of the offered education. | en |
