dc.description.abstract | This thesis was developed as a study proposal on the electoral debates for president based on the logic of the television worlds, as thought by Kilpp (2003; 2010), Machado, (2005; 2011) and Wolton (1996) and contemporary technoculture Benjamin, (2000; 2009; 2015), Fischer (2013), Flusser (2007), McLuhan (1969; 2007) and Jenkins (2009; 2013). The empirical material of the research is the electoral debate for presidential elections in 2018, in Brazil, held on 10/04/2018 by TV Globo as a teleaudiovisual territory. The concept of teleaudiovisualities, starts inspired by Kilpp (2018), as tision outside the TV with special attention to the sonorous. However, throughout the work, the meanings of the electoral debate demand media materials from previous debates, the social networks in which users take ownership of the debate, other broadcasters that give specific meanings to the election, the debate, the president, etc. The methodological procedure employed includes the methodology of frames (KILPP, 2003), a deconstructive procedure that includes other methodologies and allows mapping territories of experience and meaning. Among the conclusions, we point out four large frames that unfold into specific frames that give meaning to the teleaudiovisualities of the electoral debate: the norms of the debate (and of TV); the times (such as software and hardware that establish mobility and another time); the teleaudiovisual spaces (such as the scenario, but also the graphical user interface, among others) and the teleaudiovisual visual personas (candidates, presenter, reporters, users, etc.). | en |
