dc.description.abstractImprove the industrial efficiency, reducing machine stop times due to corrective maintenance is a recurrent discussion subject in any organization. The use of Augmented Reality (AR) along with collaborative maintenance is one of the alternatives to reach such goal. This project aims to justify the implementation of the best remote support tool based on a comparison among four existing systems with AR and three without AR, with technicians’ validation. From the results, will be suggested the implementation of the system that fits better to the company needs, with interaction between local and remote technicians, friendly use and adequate cost for its main purpose.en
