dc.description.abstract | The development and formation of leaders are issues of extreme importance today, since any institution is concerned and needs to deal with constant changes and the need to perfect this sector so important for the development of the company and that normally interferes directly in its results. This article aims to analyze how Sicoob Alto Vale develops employees to be leaders and how this can interfere and contribute to the result, as well as to understand how the process of development of the people who work in management positions, verify how the transition of positions occurs and finally to present a proposal of development of leaders. For the collection of data, the documents in the cooperative were analyzed and a questionnaire was carried out among the managers of some service stations. The approach is qualitative in nature with content analysis. The results of the present study indicate that a development plan for employees to assume management positions is extremely important for the development of the cooperative. | pt_BR |
