Formação para a liderança e a gestão no Colégio Anchieta: análise e possibilidades
Description
This research proposed to investigate how leadership and management have been developed in the Anchieta School/RS, showing the emphases and verifying how they combine themselves to the socio-emotional abilities and the principles of Jesuit education. The theoretical framework sought to understand the Inacian leadership, its principles and bases – according to Lowney, Custódio Filho, Ospina, Ullman and Bohnen, and Duplá –; management procedures – according to Sander, Paro, Akkari, Lück Libâneo and Minioli –; and the abilities and education of leaders for the effectiveness in management and the care ethics – in which it is possible to highlight the contributions of Boff; Goleman, Boyatzis and Mckee; Morin; Maturana; Dutra; Perrenoud; Moscovici and Senge. The methodological approach was qualitative. The data-collecting process occurred by means of interviews with nine managers, whom were members of the school management and coordination. Moreover, the main institutional and Jesuit documents, which contributed to and guided many choices in this research, were analyzed – School Regiment, Political-Pedagogical Project, Common Educational Project, and the Jesuit Constitutions. The analysis of the data was supported by the technique of content analysis and the construction of conceptual maps. The research, in the proposed format and with the selected theoretical bases, points to the challenges of management in the 21st century, which demands of professionals not only technical and instrumental abilities, but also socio-emotional abilities to achieve excellence in the educational objectives, with view to qualified integral education. The proposal of intervention suggested in this research approaches the fundamental, permanent education of directive or intermediate managers in the institution, focused in the Jesuit leadership and articulated for the development of socio-emotional abilities in management, and is presented as a technical production in which times, approaches and relevant themes are foreseen.Nenhuma
