dc.description.abstract | The present work seeks to reflect on how strategic design can act as a catalyst for a process of social innovation in creative ecosystems, to help in new ways of thinking, ressignification, dissemination and development of solutions and strategies in the field of fashion. Through a multiple case study, the aim was to describe and interpret the processes, principles and relationship between the San Francisco Fashion and Marchers Alliance and Santa Catarina Moda e Cultura, to point out strategies developed by the two organizations and to understand the collaboration and relationships between the various actors involved that contribute to the process of social innovation. The research techniques used were: bibliographic and documentary research, direct observation and semi-structured interviews. For the analysis of the interviews, the thematic analysis technique was used. After the description and interpretation of the collected data, it was considered that stimulation and catalysis of relationships and connections in creative fashion ecosystems can take place through strategic design, generating social innovation and collaboration. Finally, a proposal of processes and tools was elaborated so that they could be replicated and redesigned in other creative fashion ecosystems. | en |
