Efeitos de um programa breve de Mindfulness em bacharéis candidatos a prova da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil
Description
Mindfulness-based interventions (Mfs) have shown promising results in several populations. This study analyzed the effect of a brief Mindfulness program in relation to emotional regulation difficulties, Mfs levels and self-efficacy in law graduates candidates for the Brazilian Bar Association Examination (OAB). The intervention occurred with weekly periodicity, consisting of six meetings with 42 participants in total that aimed to prepare for the Exam. This research is quantitative, pre-experimental, with comparative measurements in the pre and post test. The changes comparing T1 to T2 were statistically significant in relation to the dimensions of "Awareness", difficulty in Impulse, difficulties in Strategies and "academic self-efficacy". From the results, it can be thought that this intervention program is promising in assisting law graduates to face such a great challenge, because the main objective was emotional instrumentalization and can contribute to performance in test situations.Nenhuma
