dc.description.abstract | This dissertation is the result of research carried out at Colégio Catarinense (Florianópolis/SC/BR), which is part of the Rede Jesuíta de Educação. The work aimed to analyze the sense of belonging of the school's employees in their relationship with the organizational climate, since a worsening of this scope has been identified in recent years. For that, we bet on the use of Design Thinking (DT) as a methodological strategy for data collection and, also, for the construction of an intervention proposal from research. The College employees collaborated in the Design Thinking workshop, chosen for their representativeness in terms of their role and working time at the institution. Through the articulation of authors who composed the theoretical foundation of the research, guided by discussions about organizational climate, sense of belonging and jesuit/ignatian identity, with the data generated from the workshop, it was possible to identify: (i) the employees' demand for a systematic and procedural performance assessment, to be made by school management; (ii) the desire for greater participation by employees and teachers, with regard to certain actions undertaken by the College; and the need to strengthen the presence of jesuit/ignatian identity in different school processes. In view of the dimensions indicated, as well as other aspects suggested by the proposed theoretical incursion, subsidies were listed, with a view to strategic planning aimed at strengthening the sense of belonging and improving the organizational climate, in the context of Colégio Catarinense, as well as other school institutions that are interested in the theme. | en |
