The work seeks to understand the communicational problem of interactions between actors and institutions on network, facing political issues, in the epistemological perspective of mediatization, and uses the Curitiba City Hall's experience in digital social networks since 2013 as an analysis case. The research seeks answer: how can the communicational processes that circulate in “Prefs” dispositive between actors and between them and the institution reconfigure social processes based on intersubjective recognition in a mediatized social environment? The main objective is to understand the struggles for intersubjective recognition that are fought in the dispositive from the analysis of the circulation of significations in circuits-environments of participation. It starts from epistemological questions, identified in the tensions between perspectives of mediatization and social theory (HONNETH, 2003) about recognition (VERÓN, 2011) and between dispositives (BRAGA, 2017; FERREIRA, 2009) and interactions (BRAGA, 2017; GOFFMAN, 1985) in a unique environment (GOMES, 2013). For this, it carries out two methodological movements. The first is a broad exploratory observation, with sampling collection in order to characterize the empirical object and understand the flows of signification between the various strategies undertaken by the City Hall; the second is an interpretive analysis of the signs produced in a set of samples that we consider relevant by a series of ad hoc factors. A media dispositive in process of consolidation is identified from a set of communication practices undertaken by the City Hall of Curitiba on digital social networks. It seeks to (1) map the set of strategies undertaken by the City Hall and the consequent appropriation by the actors; (2) identify what the actors do with the affinities and dissonances generated in the observed interactions; (3) describe the implications that the management of the technological dimension can generate in interactions; and (4) observe the processes of intersubjective recognition, of an agonistic nature, that occur inside the device. One hypothesis is that the fractures of the unity of meaning that occur in the circulation between production and recognition find in the moral grammars of struggle for recognition the relationship that allows semiosis to progress through intersubjective routes. In this advance, homophilia and incivilities are social symptoms of the transformations that communicational processes cause in the fabric of a mediatized society.en
