O desenvolvimento de um chatbot para auxiliar na identificação e listagem de normas do BACEN para fintechs de crédito

The research “The development of a chatbot to assist in the identification and listing of BACEN rules for fintechs of credit” gives an initial presentation on what fintech is and how it is the growth of this market at national and international level. As well, demonstrates the great volume of rules of the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) that these fintechs face and the difficulty of a lawyer in analyzing this volume of rules. Thus, this research aimed to develop a software, with a chatbot interface, to be used by lawyers to answer essentially two questions: What kind of fintech of credit the company is? And what regulations of BACEN this fintech should comply with? In addition, the work also demonstrates how the development stages of chatbot, from the initial design, initial developments, tests and validation of the final version of chatbot, using Design Research method and Lean Startup method of software development. Finally, this paper compares the work time of a lawyer analyzing BACEN regulations, with and without the help of the developed chatbot, showing that lawyers can answer a case in 32.77 working hours and with Chatbot's help can answer a case at 00:01:24,3. It was possible to draw some important conclusions such as the growth of the fintech market; regulatory frameworks involving credit fintechs; the beginning of use of technology by the legal market; and the benefit of using technology to make the lawyer's work more efficient and assertive.Nenhuma
