O papel da liderança na promoção do capital psicológico: Uma análise da influência da liderança feminina
Description
This study aims to analyze the self-perception of women members of the group of Women of Brazil - Núcleo Porto Alegre / RS, in the promotion of the Psychological Capital, supporting the leadership development and strengthening. It was also sought to understand the female perception about which dimension of the Psychological Capital that are best promoted, as well as those that present greater difficulty in being stimulated. The research is characterized as a field study, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The survey included 78 women respondents from the survey, composed of the PCQ instrument (24) and sociodemographic information sent by e-mail, whose women are the Women of Brazil Group, Porto Alegre / RS nucleus. The research was deepened through interviews using the inventory of critical incidents, in which ten women were interviewed, being these data analyzed by the technique of Content Analysis. The validation of the construct was performed through Factor Analysis and confirmation of reliability by the Cronbach Alpha indicator. The women respondents attributed to the Self-efficacy dimension the highest mean, answered by a 6-point Likert scale, while the Optimism dimension presented the lowest result among the respondents. In the factorial analysis, it was observed a low value of variance explained for the optimism dimension. After the rotation of factors, two new categories were identified, formed through the displacement of questions originally belonging to other dimensions. In the same way, this fact has been confirmed by the examples narrated in the Critical Incident Events Interviews. As future research it is suggested to expand the studies of the self-perception of Psychological Capital by women, establishing the parallel with the influence of the authentic leadership and to expand the application of the PCQ (24) to other Brazilian states so that there is a validation of this scale for the reality of the country, since the studied population oscillations appeared in the optimism dimension, and two other dimensions emerged.Nenhuma
