Gestão por competência na enfermagem: um modelo de qualidade na assistência hospitalar

Abstract

The present study aimed to look for evidence in the literature over the past tem years on the subject of management by competence in nursing related to model quality in hospital care, published in the databases Scielo ( Scientific eletronics library on line), dissertations, sites, and bibliographies that date from 2001 to 2011 to identify the knowledge about this approach and to verify the main conclusions of the evidence studied. Materials were analyzed from 2001 to 2011 in Portuguese that werw in accordance with the proposed selection of free access that addressed the issue of management by competence in nursing and the model quality in hospital care. The organization of work took place with the descriptors nursing and management and skills, which served to locate the bibliographic material. It was concluded that more an more companies are exploring the skills of their staff, hospitals looking for nurses who are willing to overcome their own capabilities, that add financial value to the company in addition to aggregate knowledge to the team.
