dc.description.abstract | This study intends to observe and diagnose the organizational climate in the perception of employees in a company. The search method adopted was the case report. The data collection instrument used was the questionnaire through the scale on organizational climate, validated by Martins (2008). The data analysis technique was adopted using the average of quantitative factors surveyed. On the analysis of results concerning the five factors of organizational climate, it was found that the company's climate in the perception of employees is not favorable, since none of the factors surveyed was well rated. Among the factors that have achieved positive results that factor more evident is the cohesion between colleagues (3,70), followed by leadership and organizational support (3,61), physical comfort (3,43), control/pressure (3,20) and the lowest average retrieved was the factor reward (2,53). | en |
