| dc.description.abstract | ASAV as a philanthropic organization needs an effective economic and financial management to fulfill its mission and its core activity in a sustainable manner. The study, descriptive, qualitative was based on data collection through written documentation and implementation of interviews with managers ASAV. Thus was answered the purpose of the work, which was to examine the importance of Budget Management in ASAV - Associação Antônio Vieira, to remain competitive in their core activities. After data analysis, it is understood that the management model ASAV is completely feasible to meet the demand needs to stay competitive in a sustainable manner. Finally, it is suggested that a culture is deployed to project budgets for longer periods of one year, as well as the Sustained Unisinos which is already exercising their planning with projections for longer periods, the remaining Maintained also present a projected budget for at least for three subsequent years, for purposes of decision making. | en |
