dc.description.abstractThis dissertation is the result of a literature search and a field study. To conduct the survey, a qualitative approach was used, and as collection instruments an interview and an observation tab. Information was worked the light of the content analysis, in order to search the fruits harvested by the school management when managers allow dialogue between the humanizing education based on Pallottine education and the thought of Paulo Freire. The study was conducted in a public school in the outskirts of Santa Maria - RS / BR, with the participants the management team, teachers, students, staff, parents, neighbors and some school education experts. While many theorists have been used to discuss the thematic, the biggest inspiration came from Vincent Pallotti in dialogue with Paulo Freire, and that helped to understand a little more about the school context and the influences exerted by his ideas on school education investigated and as possible to raise elements that give a panoramic view of the institution. The results show the school as dialogical space where all are prepared and committed to be working in line. In the end, it is a provocation to think about school management and the role of managers in the execution of a humanizing education.en
