The present academic paper seeks to reflect on the Ignatian identity and its implications and relations in the teaching process in the Jesuit schools that work with children in the first segment of elementary school. For this, we will treat one of the main elements that characterize the Inaciana Identity that is the Inaciana Pedagogy, addressing, specifically, the way structure, its main characteristics, as well as its implications as Educational process, providing a reflection on the influences of this pedagogy in the children's experience so that they achieve integral education. This dissertation, in addition to addressing the Inaciana Pedagogy, also brings an example of a Pedagogical Action Project (PAP) developed through a research (done with questionnaire application) in order to enrich this academic work and, at the same time, give an example that the educator can and should be a constant researcher of his own school environment. In Addition to the questionnaire, they were used in the methodology: readings, surveys, data collection and the main one that is the empirical experience in and out of the classroom. Through these, it was verified how important is the integral growth of the student and also of the professional educator, being more prepared for a scenario characterized by challenges and innovations.en
