Proposição de uma plataforma tecnológica para serviços de manutenção de pavimentos em rodovias: estudo na concessão da BR-290/RS
Description
Even with more than 500 years, Brazil suffers from the precariousness of its road network, where studies show only 12% of highways with a consolidated pavement structure and the vast majority of them with poor conservation conditions. Much of this is due to the poor management power of public bodies in coordinating the maintenance necessary to guarantee the useful life of the structures, whether for financial or any other aspects. Since pavement is of such great importance, given its high aggregate financial value in construction or even maintenance, there is a routine need to invent and reinvent processes, methods, materials and equipment that will help manage its management. The analysis of this scenario is that the Concessionaire responsible for managing BR-290/RS and BR-116/RS – until 2018 – sought to innovate in the process of floor maintenance management, promoting the creation of a technological platform that aid in this very fundamental link of the concession. In this context, the objective of this research was to propose a technological platform for road pavement maintenance services, through the study of the BR-290/RS concession (km 0 to 112). To do so, the research methodology called Design Science Research was used to guide the creation of the tool, demonstrating the applicability of the tool through simulations. Initially, a study was carried out to identify and analyze the management tools used to preserve the pavement of the highway studied. The results of this analysis, in particular the wastes of identified resources, pointed to the need to develop a new management tool with productivity gains and information storage. After completing this analysis, opted for a technological platform through solutions of management services via application for smartphones. The development of this platform came together with the review and improvement of management processes. The platform was developed and demonstrated the potential for the problems faced in the daily maintenance of road paving. It should be noted that such gains were mainly due to: (a) the agility of performing field surveys, (b) improving the productivity of maintenance services, (c) traceability of services performed, (d) database for analysis of pathologies and identification of failure patterns. It is suggested that, for future studies, the scope of the platform be expanded to other highway management services seeking a more integrated management system with improved services and rationalization of costs on a larger scale.Nenhuma
