The research developed in this thesis aimed to analyze the relationships among actors, learning structures and learning processes provided by the formation of networks in solidarity economic ventures, as well as the effects on the economic and social results obtained by such enterprises and their members. The study is based on a theoretical analytical model supported by the theories of Learning Networks, proposed by Van Der Krogt (1995) and Poell et al (2000). Describes the concepts of Solidary Economy and Social Entrepreneurship Solidarity, discusses organizational and individual learning, formal or informal, as well as social networks and the foundation of the Theory of Learning Networks applied in solidarity projects. The results are analyzed and interpreted and are presented, according to the structure of the theoretical model. With the use of content analysis, the data generated allowed us to examine the existing learning networks in the enterprises, the content transacted, the effects on the economic and social results, and the learning from the relationship with the organization that congregates the Social Entrepreneurship Solidarity researched and with organized social segments. The findings show the main elements of this model and point to the development of objective and subjective learning. The objective gains influence the management, sustainability and efficiency of the enterprises, as well as profitability and income generation, due to the improvement of the production process and commercialization. On the other hand, the subjective gains develop potentialities in the members in the construction of an identity that dissociates the principles of capitalism, arousing gains with a focus on solidarity, equity, social justice, fellowship and collective commitment. In this way, there are positive effects of learning networks on the economic and social results of the enterprises.en
