Description
This study analyzed the process of implementing SAP/Spiridon in an engineering services company, an information system that aims to optimize and integrate all departments and procedures of a company in a single system. A survey on the structure and history of the process of implementing the system in the company of engineering services, as well as an analysis of the positive aspects found by the interviewees. Finally, were checked the difficulty of the case mentioned by respondents. Were collected primary data through semi-structured interviews with some user of the new system and secondary data from the purchasing company in question, this industry responsible for implementing and structuring the new company’s turnaround. The methodology was based on case study and analysis were performed using the technique of content analysis. The results demonstrated the relevance of a process of implementing a proper information system suitable for a service company.
