Description
The present conclusion work has as a main objective to study the context of leadership and development in teams, trying to analyze what makes a leadership an effective one, in such a way that it contributes to team developments and help them reach good results. This work has made use of exploratory research and the strategy of case study with qualitative approach, in which the real setting of a small company has been studied, with the aim to analyze the process of people management and come up with suggestions of improvement. By the analysis results in the company, it has been noticed that the process of people management has no established patterns or policies and, because of that, some improvement actions have been proposed, with the aim to give a better preparation for leadership, create an appropriate process of people management and to promote the access of employees with the leaders. By the realization of this study, it has been verified the importance of foundation of an effective leadership for the development of people and teams, motivations and the achievement of good results.
