The efficiency of care in school institutions emerges from the need for a closer relationship between school and families in building a long-term relationship. A building based on empathy and careful attention to the needs of the other, in ethics, cordiality and clarity of information, are the essence so that success in the relationship with the public is reached. This study aimed to understand the main factors for good care, through qualitative research with teachers and families in the public and private sector, obtaining results that will aid in the comprehension of managers and education professionals on the way to narrow ties and provide more and more inclusive experiences.
