Plano de projeto: qualificação da gestão de processos e serviços prestados pelo Unilínguas – instituto de idiomas / UNISINOS

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to present a project plan for the qualification of process management and services provided by Unilínguas - Instituto de Idiomas / UNISINOS. After significant changes in the structure of the Unisinos Academic Units, it was decided that the Unilínguas Language Institute would be linked to the Undergraduate Academic Unit. At that time, it was considered appropriate to prepare a new management plan with the purpose of improving the processes and guaranteeing the financial stability of the Institute. The structure of this paper contains the project management plan that is subdivided into integration, scope, time, cost, resource, quality, aquisitions, risks and communications management plans. The entire plan was designed in accordance with the principles established by the PMI - Project Management Institute and expressed in the PMBOK Guide.
