Description
The Property Register consists in expressing all the information about immobiles, ownership ,description of the area and perimeter, opposing parties, etc. In order to increase and improve the efficiency of ratification provision services, the administrative area ratification of property registry in the law n° 6.015/73, amended by law n° 10.931/04, was developed to make easier the processes of building, declaring and modify the informations about propertys to generate publicity and authenticity to the registry system. Emphasizing the importance of the professionals envolved on the administrative ratification process, aiming to assist the professionals that work with georeferencing and topography, the objetive is to describe all the steps of an administrative area ratification process with the property registry of Santa Catarina, showing the necessary information of the planimetric study (the plant area), descriptive memorial, opposing parties identification, consent of opposing parties, specifics requirements, declaration of the owners and other clarification. In order to make easier the elaboration and the conference of all the processes that involve the ratification, a checklist was written with the informations required by the property register of Santa Catarina. The methodology used was based on the current legislation and clarifications of the property registry.
