dc.description.abstract | Constant multidisciplinary communication and access to records of daily information on each patient are significant for the continuity of the work process. Thus, evolutions and prescriptions in electronic medical records are as important as the use of printed tools for the shift change, which facilitate the transfer of information during shift exchanges. The Emergency department of the study's development hospital uses a technological tool for the shift change, available in software MV2000®, which only nurses and doctors have the possibility to use. In this way, it came up with the idea of also providing this digital tool for use in the Intensive Care sector, adding the multidisciplinary team in the use of the same instrument to assist the shift change, according to the requirements requested by each area of knowledge. Thus, the objective of the study was to adapt any software for the care assistance of the multidisciplinary team in an Intensive Care Unit of a hospital in the city of Porto Alegre/RS. This is a descriptive, exploratory qualitative; data collect by means of focal group and study with JAD (Joint Application Design) approach. Participated 14 professionals from the areas of: nursing, medicine, nutrition, physiotherapy, psychology, speech therapy and pharmacy that work in the ICU. The study was developed in five stages: presentation of the study to the medical and nursing coordinators of the ICU; invitation to participants; review of the digital shift tool via software MV2000®; construction of the form to guide the suitability of the digital tool for the ICU. It was intended as a Professional Master's degree nursing product, the suitability of the shift change model for multi-professional use to be used in the ICU via MV2000® system. Five meetings were held during the period of 1 (one) month according to the study proposal and schedule of activities. The work allowed, jointly between future users and instrument builders, the elaboration of a form that will guide the changes of a digital shift change, for multi-professional use in intensive care, in the software MV2000®. | en |
