Elicitation of requirements is one of the constant challenges in business processes. The objective of this article is to suggest an improvement in the requirements elicitation stage, using an artifact based on agile methods, focusing on the needs of the organization. A case study was carried out in the information technology department of an industrial sector organization regarding the elicitation of software requirements, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses in this stage of requirements engineering.
