The right to minimum conditions of human existence is constitutionally fixed, but it is known that there are innumerous public needs as poverty, income differences, unemployment and many others. Facing the scenery of work’s precariousness and inefficiency of public politics, the entrepreneurship comes as an alternative of income’s raise, of employment possibility and opportunity. This research had as its aim analyze, under theoretical and methodological basis, in which level the course named Sabrae Empreendedor Individual (SEI) is shown as productive inclusion strategy for those who are beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família programme, considering the perspectives of the managers involved in the process. The research was done through interviews with the SEI managers and also from the collection of data made available by Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (SEBRAE), willing to make feasible the comprehension, the achievement and the influence of entrepreneurship into vulnerable people’s reality. The results show that micro individual entrepreneurship can play an important role in the changing of the social exclusion and production processes, while they demonstrate that the propagation actions and access are not specific for the public who are this research’s target, and it, consequently, spoils the access. Then, through specific actions from SEBRAE, or through the ones from the Social and Agrarian Development Ministry (MDSA), is it possible for individual micro entrepreneurship, in a concrete and effective way, contribute for the social and productive (re)inclusion of Bolsa Família’s beneficiaries and of others who are also found in vulnerable conditions.en
