dc.description.abstractThis article aims to understand the reception of fans with the independent works produced by the Bat in Sun channel, the different forms of communication in the virtual space established through social networks and websites. With the intention of analyzing the extent of public engagement during the voting process offered by the object of study. For this research, we used JENKINS, GREEN and FORD (2014), CURI (2010), BURGUESS and GREEN (2009), ANDERSON (2006), CANCLINI (2010). It was identified that the participation of fans are increasingly active from the opportunity for participation that are generated in the different media platforms.en
