Description
The research at the Company X is a case that evaluates its performance through the indicators, following the parameter of Balanced Scorecard-BSC. The method used is the documentary research and the analysis based in graphic results presented in the four BSC perspectives: Financial, Costumers and Market, Internal Processes and Apprenticeship and Increase. The short, medium and long term performance evaluation is supported in the results interpretation, and with a certain security could manage the company future, aligned with the organizational strategy to ensure the survival, mainly by financial indicators.
