Description
This study aims to present a project for the expansion of pressurized air delivery for future demands in an industry, through the process of acquisition and installation of compressors and accessories. This work presents the project management plan, covering the management stages of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communication, stakeholders, risks, and acquisitions, involving all methodologies used in this process, as recognized and established practices of project management, especially those of the PMI (Project Management Institute).
