The aim of this work is to present a project to develop a training, in Distance Learning mode (DLM), for operating activities on the track of a highway concessionaire. They are part of the objectives of this study to measure the performance of qualified employees and identify relevant performance indicators for the use of the training system in the distance, explaining possible relationships between the DLM training results and organizational results. This work presents the management plan of the project, including plans of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk and procurement / contracting, according to the good project management practices.
