| dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to present a project plan for the construction of a fiber optic network for XYZ Telecom, which currently sells telecommunication services to its customers using other means of transmission. XYZ Telecom is located in the central region of Rio Grande do Sul, and it is seeking, with this project, the continuity in providing its services with quality and reliability through a transmission meanes that can insure this without suffering interference from the environment in which it is installed. The paper presents the project management plan, which comprises the management plans of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks and acquisition, according to the practices addressed in the PMBOK Guide. | en |
