dc.description.abstract | This work is the result of a study conducted at the company Lupatech CSL, oil and gas company, located in São Leopoldo/RS. The main objective of the study, a business plan, is to analyze the feasibility of setting up a new Anchoring Ropes unit for Oil Exploration in Deep Water and Ultra Deep Lupatech CSL, helping makers decision of the Company to assess such development of more comprehensive and detailed way, increasing the chances of success of the enterprise and reducing the risks inherent in such a project. Among the main findings, we highlight the short period to return on investment of about R$ 18 million that will be 1 year and 10 months. The volume presented for the first year will be about 1.600 tons of polyester and can reach 5.000 tons by 2020. The projected revenue for 2020 will be about R$ 35 million to a net profit of about R$ 4 million. For this work will be performed an exploratory case study, based on published studies and analysis of documents in order to provide a greater understanding of the problem. The present study presents data on the current domestic manufacturers and the equipment available, customer preferences, market and growth forecasts and collaborates with information that can assist companies wishing to invest in this segment in the country. | en |
