The aim of this study is to identify the main impacts on the business model from the implementation of the Canvas's tool in Mirar Accounting Ltda By deploying the tool the five stages were fulfilled that make up the development process of a Business Model. He pointed to a series of information, which clarify the key concepts related to the subject studied and characterize. The procedure was a basic qualitative research, which was used as a data collection technique in-depth interviews and participant observation, passing by the method action research and as analysis technique, content analysis. It was concluded that a business model can be enhanced with full success in an already established and the implementation of it caused a serious positive impact on the study of the subject company. Through the tool implementation, it was found that it provides to those involved in the process a holistic view of the company which owns the Business Model, exercising your ability to think beyond the established standards of the organization.
